He is survived by: his significant other Verla Shaner; his children, Jennifer Warr Parker and Tim Warr (Heather); his stepchildren, Shay Sickles and Rana Shaner; his grandchildren, Hannah, Kevin, Noah, Alex, Joshua, Jessica, Angela and Rayla; and his sister Lola Jane McAlpine.
