He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Miller and Mabel Miller (Block); his parents-in-law, Edward and Marie Cihlar; his brothers, Harold and Melvin Miller; and his brothers-in-law, Wallace Cihlar (Pat) and Gary Cihlar.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Miller of O'Neill; his daughters, Tammera Marie Witchey (Robert) of O'Neill, Crystal Corrina of LaVista and Jacqueline Ann Pavlik (Rick) of Silver City, IA; his grandchildren, Marie Nelson (Shannon), Robert Witchey (Jamie), Martha Smith (Luke), Trevor Pavlik (Carolyn) and Carmen Heiden (Jace); and his great grandchildren, Emily Nelson, Abigail Nelson, Larry Nelson, Loy Nelson, Donald Nelson, Bo Witchey, Cecelia Witchey, Hendrick Heiden and Smith.
