He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Justin, Jacob, Mary, Sofiya, Roman and Chrystopher; his wife Janet Hoffman of O'Neill, NE; his children, Troy Hoffman (Jackie) of O'Neill, NE, Tami Disterhaupt (Clem Jr.) of Spencer, NE and Trent Hoffman of O'Neill, NE; and his brother Roger Hoffman (Mary Jo) of Atkinson, NE.. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 3 Step Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, 6 Step Great Grandchildren.
