He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Minton Sr. and Rose; his brother Richard Minton (Dick); and his sister-in-law Betty Troshynski Minton. He is survived by: his stepson Collin Cavanaugh; and his nieces and nephews, Rose Minton, Mardelle Morrow (Mike), Miriam Minton, Kathy Ward (James), Tim Minton (Melissa) and Colleen Burns (Tim).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Irish Capital Feline Foundation, or Holt County Humane Society.
