He is survived by: his former spouse Mardelle Dennis (Vitt); his children, Martin Hynes, Kathleen Hauter (Keith) and Shawn Hynes; his grandchildren, Austin, Megan and Elizabeth Hauter; his siblings, Terry Hynes and Liz Spitzenberger (Jim); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Hynes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
