He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Dodd of Sandy; his son-in-law Travis Dodd of Sandy; his grandchildren, Brandon Dean of Sandy, Mallory Dean of Sandy, Peyton Dodd of Sandy and Corey Dodd of Sandy, Oregon; his son Michael J McDermott of Waupaca, WI; his daughter-in-law Jessica McDermott of Waupaca, WI; and his siblings, Elaine Haszard of O'Neill, NE, Jim McDermott of Page, NE and Richard McDermott of Buffalo, MO. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; eleven great-nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles, and friends.
