He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Harmon and Mabel Harmon (Johnson); his daughter Rhonda Harmon; his siblings, Bonnie Berner (Roy), Wayne Harmon (Donna) and Donald Harmon (Ann); his brother-in-law Alvin "Butch" Vorce; and his parents-in-law, Milo and Margaret Landreth (Stewart).
He is survived by: his wife Janice Harmon; his children, Rodney Harmon (Amy) and Melanie Bollwitt (Gary); his grandchildren, Christopher Harmon (Melanie), Nick Harmon, Hailee Harmon, Staci Borgelt (Ryan), Kami Hilkemeier (Jeremy) and Kylie McCabe (Will); his great grandchildren, Macoy, Marshal, Caleah, Miles, Graeden, Preslee, Emri and Fletcher; his sister Lois Vorce (Danish); and his daughters, Melia Larsen (Jorgen) and Camilla Madsen of Denmark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (204 E Everett St, O'Neill, NE 68763). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the O'Neill Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to his family for future designation.
