She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fox and Elizabeth Fox (Hoppens); her siblings, Leonard Fox, Gilbert Fox (Doris), Wayne Fox (Lou), Chuck Fox, Bob Fox, Lyle Fox, Esther Brainard (George), Marie Kelly and Carol Fox; and her brother-in-law George Bosn.

She is survived by: her husband Francis Belzer (Fritz); her children, Jim Belzer of O'Neill, Greg Belzer (Polly Collins) of O'Neill, Robert Belzer of O'Neill, Gary Belzer (Jill Waters) of Lincoln and JaNel Morrow (Bruce) of Omaha, NE; her grandchildren, Kristi Gideon (Chad), Leslie Belzer, Brittany Hoffman (Nick), Lacey Gottula (Aaron), Cody Belzer, Gretchen Belzer, Katy Doty (Don), Stefanie Hernandez (Enio), Makayla Oltjenbruns (Taylor), Megan Rudd (Andrew), Grant Belzer (Kayla Elaine) and Bayley Pinney (Ryan); her siblings, Opal Bosn of O'Neill, Larry Fox (Hilda) of Atkinson, Gordon Fox (Vivian Van Buren) of O'Neill and Raymond Fox (Georgia) of Bella Vista, AR; and her siblings-in-law, Patty Fox of San Clemente, CA, Evelyn Fox of Atkinson, NE, Lois Fox of Omaha, NE, Kathy Fox of Cheney, WA, Mary Burvial, Neill and Bill Kelly of O'Neill. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
