It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Jean Shabram of Orchard, Nebraska, who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita Jean Shabram to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Keith Thelander and Emma Thelander (Anson); her brothers, Bill, Fred and Lynn Thelander; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Thelander, Greg Shabram and LeRoy Shabram.

She is survived by : her husband Monte Shabram; her sons, Jeff Shabram (Mandy) of Orchard and David Shabram (Kristeen) of Omaha; her grandchildren, Gunnar, Wyatt, Stella and Palmer; and her sisters-in-law, Connie Thelander, Marian Shabram and Harriet Lorenz (Loren). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Orchard United Methodist Church (380 Noble St, Orchard, NE 68764). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
