He was predeceased by: his wife Dana Gail. He is survived by: his children, Melanie Denhoff (Shon), Amy Proctor and Thomas Steinhauser; and his siblings, Chuck Steinhauser, Cindy Kauk (Don), Lavonne Eberhardt, Dennis Steinhauser (Roberta) and Nancy Schutte (Brad). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Cemetery-West Point.
