He is survived by: his wife Irla Jane Frizzell of Osceola; his brother Robert Dittmer (Bonnie) of Eureka, MT; his nieces and nephews, Jodi Earles (Jim) of Colfax, IA, Greg Dittmer (Tracy) of Omaha, Kirk Dittmer (Cathi) of Kalispell, MT, Autumn Kresha, Neil Eastman of Needville, TX, Megan Dunning (Paul), Otto, Josie of Omaha, Summer Kresha, Kyle Gann of Council Bluffs, IA and Michaela Kresha; his stepchildren, Rob Burg of Omaha and Shana Conger (Billy) of Tifton, GA; his great grandchildren, Austin Gabriel (Jace Willets), Cassie, Anna, Olivia of Osceola, Courtney Gabriet of Osceola, Jessica Priester (Josh), Asher, Callie, Evelyn of Platte Center, Dillon Gabriel (Shae), Barrett and Hudson of Columbus; his sister-in-law Susan Frizzel of Ontario, Canada; Teddie of Columbus. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Stromsburg American Legion Post #132 (420 Nebraska St, Osceola, NE 68651).
