He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Gouverneur and Opha Ruth Gouverneur (Whitaker); his grandmother Barbara Rogers; his wife Peggy Gouverneur; and his stepson-in-law Rick Rieck.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Paul Rogers, Kelli Stinebrook, Howie Lindeman, Max Mace, Emma Wade, Joe Mace, Telitha Mace of Missouri, Johnny Mace of Missouri, Betty Rieck of Nebraska and Twila Cole of Oregon. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
