He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Burritt and Irene Burritt (Grossnicklaus); his son David Burritt; his grandparents, Adolph'Dub' and Rosa'Rosie'Grossnicklaus; his parents-in-law, Dick and Helen Merrick (Cerny); and his brother-in-law Robert Merrick.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Merrick of Osceola; his children, Debra Burritt Williams (Gene Matthews) of Raymond and Douglas Burritt (Kim) of Osceola; his daughter-in-law Gail Channer-Burritt of Osceola; and his sister-in-law Nellie Merrick. He is also survived by six grandchildren, granddaughter in-law and one great granddaughter.
