She was predeceased by : her parents, Hubert J. Bernt and Pauline J. Bernt (Wieser); her husband Allen Phillip Zelasney; her son Joseph (John); her great grandchild Troy; her siblings, Irene Kubas (Marion), Huberta Schaf (Bernard), Delores Korger (Bernard) and Wilfred Bernt (Betty); and her brother-in-law Ralph Burritt.
She is survived by : her children, Barb Zelasney (Rich Sempek) of Columbus, Theresa Zelasney of Osceola, Bob Zelasney (Nancy) of Osceola and Jerome Zelasney of Osceola; her grandchildren, Heidi McConnell (Ryan), Jason Zelasney (Mallory), Abby Bise (Kenny), Chris Zelasney, Sandra Weiss (Josh), Hannah Cham (Cosme), Chase Zelasney (Courney Merryweath), Isabel Schmid (Tyler), Grace Zelasney (Jack Jakub) and Isaiah Zelasney; and her siblings, Elaine Burritt, Iona Hastings (Virgil), Marvin Bernt (Doris) and Albin Bernt (Mary Jane). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
