She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Nielsen and Lucille Nielsen (Hopkins); her spouse Delmar Hauk; her son Luke; her sisters, Annette Spero and Mary Lou Bitting; her son-in-law Milan Thompson; and her great grandchild Josh Avolio.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Howard (Charles) of Concord, NC, Lori Thompson of Lakewood, CO and Lisa Hauk of Oshkosh; her grandchildren, Marla, Amber, Randy, Angel, G. Milan, Matthew, Scott, David, Mary and Beth; her great grandchildren, Lestat, Corbin and Lydia; her daughter-in-law Christine Hauk of Lake Mac; and her sister Pat Wooldridge. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
A Mass was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church (310 W 4th St, Oshkosh, NE 69154).
