She was predeceased by : her parents, Ellsworth Higgins and Mary Higgins; her brothers, William and Norman Higgins; her stepdaughter Barbie; and her daughter Heather.
She is survived by : her husband Dwight Porter of Oshkosh; her children, Jim Weih (Nataly) of South Carolina and Diana Hay (Steve) of South Carolina; her stepchildren, Dwight Jr. Porter (Renee) of Lake Mahoney, Mark Porter of Douglas, WY, Nick Porter (Brandy) of Florida, Jodee, Jeanne and Cassie (Guillermo); her daughter-in-law Lonna Porter; and her sister Ruby Case (Dave) of Ohio. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren, extended family members, cousins and many many friends.
