He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Schultz and Ruby Schultz; and his brothers, Donald, Darrel and Bobby.
He is survived by: his wife Marjean Schubert of Oxford; his children, Mary Beth Schultz (Allan) of Washington, DC, Michelle Cleveland (Randy) of Hastings, Nebraska, Matthew Schultz (Teri Jo Heckenlively), Michael Schultz (Amber) of Alma, Nebraska, Monte Schultz (Mandy Helms) and Mitchell Schultz (Danielle) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Jadyn, Tanner, Anna, Mikah, Mara, Maddex, Marcus and Maxton; and his sisters, Judy Wilson (Tom) of Boones Mill, Virginia and Nancy Hunt of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Max's memory are kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
