He is survived by: his daughters, Leigh Rhynalds (Bill Prange) of Fort Collins and Lisa Rhynalds (Carl Kramer) of Oxford; his siblings, Neal Rhynalds (Susan) of Oxford and Susan Stuckert of Bradenton, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Anderson, Charles Waughtal and William Waughtal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
A memorial has been established in Phil's honor, and kindly suggested to the Oxford Area Veteran's Memorial or the Museum of Oxford.
