He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bennett and Ruth Bennett (Warner); his son Justin "Skippy" Bennett; his grandson Calvin Bennett; and his brothers, Kenneth Bennett, Dennis Bennett and Keith Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Bennett of Palmer; his children, Wayne (Gaylene Bennett), Wade (Rebecca Bennett), Rex (Nancy Bennett) and Teresa Lampshire of Palmer; and his sisters, Eleanor Piskorski of Ord and Norma Kozisek of Colorado. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 27 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
