Marlene Weatherhogg Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2025, at the age of 86, Marlene Weatherhogg of Palmyra, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Dowding and Maxine Dowding (Porter); her spouse Leslie "Betz" Weatherhogg; her sister Twyla Lynn; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Summers and Ann Mallory.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marilyn Parks, Galyn Dowding, Beverly Emswiler (Glen), Peggy Bills (Ken) and Marcia Summers; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Weatherhogg (Esther) and Marie Mason (Merrill). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Home - Syracuse Chapel (644 Park St, Syracuse, NE 68446). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rosewood Cemetery in Palmyra, Nebraska.
