It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alberta P. (Sunneberg) Carpenter of Papillion, Nebraska, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clement Sunneberg and Marie Sunneberg; her husband Valjean; and her siblings, Esther, Rosemary, Joan, Bernita, Gerald and Bob.

She is survived by : her children, Val (Diane), Valerie (Jim), Rory (Mary), Carmel (Andy), Suzanne (Jim), Scott (Colleen), Linda (Luther), Kevin (Toni), Alex (Melicca) and Kerry (Julia); and her siblings, Bill Sunneberg (Elsie), Norene Lackey (Gene), Regis Sunneberg (Jane), Gerva Sunneberg and Janice Heinen (Jerry). She is also survived by 39 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
