The passing of Bette Wischmann (Papillion, Nebraska) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 29, 2025 at the age of 89. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Kritenbrink and Erma Kritenbrink (Post); her husband Hugo Wischmann of Columbkille's Church; and her brothers-in-law, Walter Kassube and Greg Latham.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie of Papillion, Rick Jones of Papillion, Jim of Papillion, Kim Wischmann of Papillion, Mary Todero of Papillion and Dana Spaccarotella of Papillion; her grandchildren, Gary, Daniel Jones, Sara, Paige, Mackenzie Wischmann, Nina and Grayson Stanton; her great grandchild Elena Martinez; and her sisters, Shirley (Bill Williams), Marilyn Kassube and Karen Latham of Springfield.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kahler Dolce Mortuary (441 N Washington St, Papillion, NE 68046). A vigil service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Columbkille Church (200 E Sixth St #2250, Papillion, NE 68046). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (8917-8957 Fairview Rd, Papillion, NE 68046).
Memorials are suggested to St. Columbkille Catholic Church or Hillcrest Hospice.
