He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Haworth and Mary Damery Haworth; and his siblings, Al Haworth and Marlee Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Ahn; his children, Dwight Haworth (Debbie), Dustin Haworth (Cyndi), Donald Haworth and Diana Arnold (Jim); his grandchildren, Sarabeth Gandara (Steve), Hannah Henderson (Gus), Jesse Haworth (Shelby), Micah Haworth (Erin), Madison Baldwin, Shekynah Upmeyer (Jordan) and Michael Baldwin; and his sisters, Marlis Rockwell, Marchelle Dunn (Steve) and Marilyn Haworth (Charlie Johnson). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
