He is survived by: his children, Daniel Setlak (Lisa), Julie Setlak (Antonio), Suzanne Setlak and John Setlak; his grandchildren, Sarah (Patrick), Nina (Carl), Jacob (Diavel), April, Jessica, Joseph and Jaxson; his siblings, Joseph Setlak (Dorothy), Rose Marie Ciurej, James Setlak and John Setlak (Cherri); his stepchildren, Rona Chapman (Brad), Bill and Michael Jones; his grandchildren, Taylor, Connor and Luke; and his pet Ginger. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
