He is survived by: his wife Karin Thompson Ravitz; his stepdaughter Rachel Strauss (David); his granddaughters, Autumn and Kyra Strauss; his stepson Benjamin Ravitz (Jeonghwa); his brother Jerry Priefert (Barbara); his sister-in-law Connie Priefert; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Priefert, Ryan Priefert (Angie), Lisa Hill (Nate), Carrie Billie (Rockie), Angie Jensen (Cory) and Debbie Techar (Joe).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Kahler Dolce Mortuary (441 N Washington St, Papillion, NE 68046). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
