She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Lemek; her parents, John Turner and Helen Turner; her siblings, Gene Turner and Donna Reising; and her nephew Tom Reising.

She is survived by : her children, Robbie Dunlop (Rick), Mike Lemek (Beth), Cindy Long (Jess) and Cathy Lemek; her sisters, Mary Kay Kostic and Betty Crow; and her grandchildren, Melissa, Matt, Nick, Stephanie, Russell, Patrick and Kevin. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
