He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Kuhn (John) of Spring Hill, Kansas, Nicholas Knapple (Peggy) of Olathe, Kansas and Lindsay Henson (David) of Papillion, Nebraska; his granddaughters, Lucy, Lily and Sadie Kuhn; his children, Lincoln Knapple, Bess and Maggie Henson; his wife Mary Anne Knapple; and his siblings, Fred Knapple (Jerri) of Juniata, Nebraska and Becky Holcomb (Mike) of Johnson Lake, Nebraska. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
