It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Lee Hatten of Papillion, Nebraska, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Richard Hatten, Sr. and Oneta Hatten (Christian). He is survived by: his children, Brad Hatten (Brooke) of San Antonio, TX, Erin Hatten of Papillion, NE and Casey Davis (Chad) of Haskell, OK; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Brooklyn and Blake; his sister Norma Aldridge of Beggs, OK; his sibling's children, DeeDee Bivins, Beki Pendleton, Darla Burns, Mary Margaret Wiles, Phil Brawner, Mike Hatten and Greg Hatten; his great-nieces, Stephanie Sterling, Susan DiRosa, Isabelle Dos Santos and Chelsea Isbel; his great-nephew Tyler Sterling; and also Isaac Dos Santos.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gude Mortuary (403 S 9th St, Nebraska City, NE 68410). The military honors will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
