He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Perkins and Mabel Perkins. He is survived by: his sister Jane Henderson (Gene); his nieces and nephews, Deborah Pufall (Kevin), Robert Perkins (Allison), John Perkins (Jill) and Mary Elks (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Benjamin, Jessica, Ryan, Alex and Andre.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in their honor to St. Paul's United Methodist Church or the Nebraska Humane Society.
