He was predeceased by: his father Edward McCormick; and his grandmother Cleo Hill. He is survived by: his mother Netta McCormick; his wife Janette McCormick; his daughters, Sierra Jae and Jacey Skye; his brothers, Eric McCormick (Shelly) and Brian McCormick; his aunts, Gloria Tyson and Sandra Hill; and his cousin Kevin Hill.
