She is survived by : her parents, John Lakey and Deanna Lakey (Parr); her brothers, Greg Lakey (Christina) of San Antonio, TX and Aaron Lakey of Kearney; her husband John Evans; her daughters, Madeline, Brynn and Mia of Papillion; her aunts and uncles, Tobe Parr (Carol), Ardyce Zubrod (Brian) of Roseland, Cheryl Sidlo (Ron) of Roseland, Jim Lakey (Rhonda) of Lincoln and Mary Ann Engel; and her nieces and nephews, Michael, Kaeden Lakey, Marissa and Kyra Lakey. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
