He was predeceased by: his father Merlyn Berg. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Knott; his wife Debbie; his sons, Brad Berg (Deanna), Trent Berg (Kati) and Nick Berg (Kylee); his brother Doug Berg (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Karen Duffy (Leslie Amick), Bill Swarbrick (Jackie) and Rick Swarbrick (Peggy). He is also survived by six beautiful grandchildren; two beautiful great-grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kahler Dolce Mortuary (441 N Washington St, Papillion, NE 68046). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests in lieu of flowers contributions be donated to support Frontotemporal Degeneration.
