He is survived by: his wife Alice; his daughter Holly (Greg); and his nieces and nephews, Dennis Mommens (Kathy), Gary Mommens, Pamela Mommens, Kathryn "Katy" Kreifel (Greg), Carolyn Christen (Donnie), Sherri Smith (Bob) and Lucinda Dowding (Chris). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
