With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Hamer (Pawnee City, Nebraska), who passed away on August 15, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Lewis K. Hamer and Josephine K. Hamer (Shackleton); his grandson Nicholas Hamer; his wife Karen; his sons, Matt (Adrienne Hamer Miami Beach) and Jake Hamer (Jenny Wallner); his granddaughter Louisa; his siblings, Ric, Carolyn Hamer of Frisco, TX, Mary, Rick Simmons and Lincoln; his sister-in-law Kathy Glenn; his niece Lisa (Eric Mach); his nephew Derek (Michaela Hamer); and his cousins, Sandee, Ron Ballou of Tucson, AZ, Dan, Sandy Parks and Mike Parks.

Memorials may go to the Johnson County Historical Society, Johnson County Hospital Foundation or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
