It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaVonne Lorraine Hicks of Pender, Nebraska, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Appleton and Evelyn Appleton (Ahrens); her sister Sandy Cooper; and her close friend Bill Warnock.
