He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McQuistan and Margaret McQuistan (Hunt); his wife Georgia Reynolds; his siblings, Larry McQuistan, Peggy Young, William "Bill" McQuistan and Kenny McQuistan; and his brother-in-law Doug Reynolds.
He is survived by: his son Tim McQuistan (Ashley); his grandsons, Maxwell and Mitchell; his son Jon McQuistan (Paige); his grandchildren, Georgia of Pender, NE. and Jack of Pender, NE.; and his siblings-in-law, Janyce McQuistan, Mary Kay Schenk (Don) and John Young. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
