It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennie Leiting of Plainview, Nebraska, who passed away on May 26, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Peck and Charlotte Peck; her husband Marlin Leiting; her in-laws, Leonard and Lillian Leiting; her sister-in-law Marilyn Leiting; and her sister Joyce Cook.
She is survived by: her daughter Kary Pfeil (Chris) of Pierce; her grandsons, Aiden and Corbin; her son Kevin Leiting (Bridget) of Plainview; her grandchildren, John and Allie of Ansley; her stepgranddaughters, Emma and Ella; her brother Ronald Peck (Theola) of Beemer; and her brothers-in-law, Lyle Cook of Coleridge and Roger Leiting of Randolph. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
