He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. Moore and Gladys L. Moore (Farris); his wife Penelope L. Moore; his son Eric Moore; his granddaughter Alexis Moore; and his brothers, Marvin and Robert Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Hartley (Carl) of Highland Springs, VA, Jason Moore of Plattsmouth, NE, Tae-Randa Moore of Plattsmouth, NE and Matthew Moore (Tiffany) of Plattsmouth, NE.; his grandchildren, Ashley Reed, Carl Hartley, Arien Moore, Eva Moore, Tyler Moore, Jaiden Merrill, Dakota Kennedy and Tracy Wake; and his sister Mary Ann Willett (Steve) of Plattsmouth, NE.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rock Bluffs Cemetery.
