He is survived by : his wife Connie Lentz; his children, Juraj, Tim (Janelle) and Tereza; his grandchildren, Renata Kamenar (Markus) and Katarina; his children, Kamenar, Matthew Petersen and Lezlee Petersen; and also Rhodri Harris.
