He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Quade and Flora Ann Quade (Lorenzen); his aunt Ruth Quade; and his grandmother Alice Quade. He is survived by: his siblings, Ken Quade (Shelley) of Plattsmouth, NE and Cheryl Beausoleil of Stinnett, TX; his nieces and nephews, Dusty Quade (Joanna), Sierra Quade, Jimmy Green, Jonathan Green and Joey Beausoleil; and his great-nephew Dax Radke.
