It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevib Thomas Hester of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Bud" Thomas Hester and Mary Evelyn VanDyne-Hester (Carney); and his brother Larry VanDyne. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Hester of Plattsmouth, NE; his granddaughter Silver; and his siblings, Sherry Phillips (Richard) of Green Pond, SC, Robert VanDyne (Randeen) of Plattsmouth, NE, Mark VanDyne of Council Bluffs, IA and Daniel Hester of Derby, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
