She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Ida Roberts and Clarice Opal Roberts (Johnson); her husband William Spaustat; her daughter Debra Forman; her brother Myron Roberts; her brothers-in-law, David Spaustat and Steven Legaard; and her stepgranddaughter Kelly Doyle.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian Forman of Plattsmouth, NE, Rachael Forman of Mesa, AZ and Brandon Forman (Andrew) of Mesa, AZ; her stepgreat-granddaughter Natalia Doyle of Mesa, AZ; her son-in-law Kevin Forman (Sally) of Mesa, AZ; her sister Sylvia Legaard of Twin Falls, ID; and her brother-in-law Jim Spaustat of Torrance, CA. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
