He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Sutton and Zelma M. Sutton (Pierce); his wife Barbara Jean Sutton; his stepdaughter Annette Yardley; and his siblings, Eileen Spreick, Wilbur Sutton, Kenneth Sutton, Ruth Sjogren, Richard Sutton, Marion "Pete" Sutton, Marvin and Darvin Sutton.
He is survived by: his sons, Kent Sutton (Marcia) of Plattsmouth, NE and Bill Sutton (Lindsay) of Overland Park, KS; his stepchildren, Michael Grell of Shell Rock, IA, Deby Walters (Wes) of Monmouth, IL and Jeffrey Grell of Monmouth, IL; and his brother Robert Sutton (Trudy) of Louisville, NE.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
