She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Wells, Jr. of Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church; her son-in-law Charles Hoge; her parents, Ernest Rehm and Alvena Rehm (Rahe); her siblings, Shirley Imes (Frank), Tahlida Rahe (Edwin), Erna Sievers (Otto), Dale Rehm (Darlene), Allen Rehm and Otto Rehm (Phyllis); and her sister-in-law Glenola Germer (Lowell).
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Hoge of Plymouth, Greg Wells (Ruth) of Beatrice and Mark Wells (Deb) of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Wendy Jones (Evan) of Western, Lorie Heidemann (Wade) of Plymouth, April Barnes (Paul) of Lincoln, Larissa Frey (Adam) of Cottage Grove, MN, Benjy Wells (Jade) of Phoenix, AZ and Michael Wells (Laura) of Plymouth; her great grandchildren, Garrett McKenzie (Brandi Wetzel) of Western, Paige, Ethan, Levi McKenzie of Western, Gabe Jones of Western, Skylar Heidemann of Kansas City, MO, Samantha, Trevor Heidemann of Plymouth, Evan, Natalie, Jase Frey of Cottage Grove, MN and Malachi Wells of Phoenix, AZ; her great great grandchildren, Colton McKenzie and Angel Wetzel of Western; and her sister-in-law Hazel Rehm. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the church with the church elders in charge.
