It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ernest L. McBride of Plymouth, Nebraska, born in Milford, Nebraska, who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Ella Mae Ahrens; his wife Luella Jane Unrein; his siblings, Calvin, Mort (Carol), Bruce, John (Elva) and Bonnie Irwin (Bill); and his brothers-in-law, Lester Unrein, Wayne Unrein (Linda) and Chuck Unrein (Pat).

He is survived by : his children, Shirley Katz (Jim) of Jansen, Dora McBride of Plymouth, Larry McBride (Lori) of Fairbury and Todd McBride (Terri) of Beatrice; his siblings, Victor "Bud" McBride (Betty) of Ainsworth and Beverley Dodds of Manhattan, Kansas; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Unrein (Carol) of Augusta, LeRoy Unrein (Mary) of Haysville, Allen Unrein (Pam) of Rose Hill, Kansas, Betty McBride of Lincoln, Linda Leach of Jansen and Donna Unrein of Cheney, Kansas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren with one on the way; 2 great great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the American Legion Riders in care of the mortuary.
