He was predeceased by: his parents, David Thomas Beightol Jr. and Bonnie Fuller Beightol. He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Bragg (Kirby) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Lindsey Sisco and Thomas Sisco; his daughter Rebecca Lynn Bates (James) of Colorado Springs; his grandchildren, Cameron Thomas Bates and Carolyn Bates; and his brothers, Garry, Dean Beightol and Larry.
