She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen May and Lea May (Ragsdale); her parents-in-law, James "Pat" and Bess Cronin (Psota); and her siblings-in-law, Rex Kroeger and Coleen Kroeger (Cronin).
She is survived by: her friend Glenice McAuliff; her husband Jim Cronin; her children, Tyler Cronin (Angie Drahota), Andrew Cronin (Cindy), Amanda Thober (Jeff) and Cassandra Sitzman (Jason); her siblings, Steven May (Carolyn), Stanley May (Susan) and Nancy Mikkelsen (Gale); and her siblings-in-law, Donna Obermiller (Loren "Slim") and Michael Cronin. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; and several other family members and friends.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church (324 E Corinth St, Ravenna, NE 68869). Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the family to be directed toward a Memorial Scholarship in Glenda's honor or to one of her favorite charities.
