He is survived by: his wife Donna Dempsey of Ravenna; his children, Katrina Miller of Tampa, FL, Nea Aslakson (Scott) of Ravenna and Karen Cable (Jeff Edwards) of Lakewood, WA.; his grandchildren, Richard, Kenneth Osburn, Andrea Butler (Matt), Jason Witmer (Rosalie), Brittany Quincy (Jackie), Clayton Palmer (Alyssa), Shiobhan Ryman, Matthew Ryman and Rachel Hart; and his brother William "Bill" Miller (Delores) of Marysville, CA..
