Esther leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Esther’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Esther will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Herman and Sarah (Scott) Bayer; husbands: James (Jim) Reynolds and Joseph (Joe) Delimont; children: David Reynolds (Ila) and Diana (Reynolds) Hembree; son-in-law: Bob Hembree; stepchildren: Leta (Delimont) Landwehr (Mike), Rany Delimont (Kristy), and Wiley Delimont (Travis Eckles); grandchildren: Ryan Landwehr, Diana (Delimont) Staley (Tony), Chris Landwehr, Cuyler Delimont, Nathan Delimont (Alison), and Jason Hembree; other: Rev. Les Ellis; five sisters, one brother, 16 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Williams-Kuehn Funeral Home (241 W 4th Ave, Red Cloud, NE 68970). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Locust Hill Cemetery in Rush Center.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials to the Lebanon Community Library.
