He is survived by: his children, Sherri Stookey (John), Jeff Smith (Cristi) and Joel Smith (Linda); his grandchildren, Mark Wellington, Holly Sandino, Daniel Stookey, David Stookey, Taylor Monks, Carlie Smith, Halston Smith, Alyssa Rice, Jenna Moench and Brandon Smith; his sister Patricia Snow; his sister-in-law Carole Smith; his nieces, Becky Halsey and Angela Ayers; and his nephew Paul Smith (Sharon Richardson, family: Kelvin, Kayleen Schepker, Kim Schepker, Chaynce, Peyton, Kris, Cheryl Schepker, Amy, Charlie Wolfe, Mackenzie, Trevor Wolfe). He is also survived by Sixteen great-grandchildren.
